Telephone hotline and face-to-face counselling at the labour agency Frankfurt

We offer advice to individuals who wish to have recognised their foreign qualification (educational or professional) in Germany.
The telephone hotline gives answers to frequently asked questions, if possible identifies the profession of reference, and refers the caller to the authority in charge of recognition.

In our face-to-face counselling at the labour agency Frankfurt (Agentur für Arbeit Frankfurt am Main the necessary documents like certificates, diploma, evidences of experience, are viewed, and checked for completeness. Based on the documents at hand, the profession of reference and the authority in charge are identified. We support you in initiating the procedure and, if needed, accompany you further.
